GRCC Faculty and Staff may receive phishing emails as seen below:

Reminder, emails similar to these are not from the GRCC IT Department or a GRCC Faculty or Staff member. These are phishing attempts from scammers, made to appear that it is sent by a trusted contact, trying to collect your personal data.

  • GRCC IT nor any Faculty or Staff members should not be requesting banking information nor account password information.
  • Delete this message from your GroupWise inbox
  • Don’t click any links or download any attachments from any suspect messages
  • Don’t use your work email address for mailing lists

If you receive a phishing attempt, report it to the IT Support Desk at ITSupport or by calling 234-4357.

Technology Notification –

Information Technology has identified some students are receiving the following error upon accessing their MyDegreePath audit,

“Status = 4390. The number of audtree-dtls read from the DB was less than expected. Make sure you have enough space in your DB to save audits and run a new audit.”

Engineers are still working to resolve this system wide issue as soon as possible. If a student needs immediate assistance, please contact Student Records at 234-4121 or Information Technology at 234-4357.
