Technology Update:

RaiderCard Transactions are still experiencing issues per the message below.

CSProd and Online Center logins are now working as expected.

Technology Issue – RaiderCard Readers and Online Center / CSProd Logins Unavailable (10/19/16 7:00 AM)

Technology Notification:

RaiderCard transactions via vending machines, Cash2Card machines, and the student parking ramps are currently not functioning. Students are unable to open the gates with their RaiderCards. Campus Police is working to allow students into the lots.

Users are currently unable to log into the Online Center and CSProd accounts. Error received upon login: “bea.jolt.ServiceException:TPENOENT -no entry found”.

Engineers are working to restore all services as soon as possible.
