Information Technology is completing the transition from our previous software deployment solution, ZenWorks, to our new and improved solution, Microsoft Software Center. One of the final steps of this process is to uninstall ZenWorks from College owned machines.
As a result of this, users may encounter an unfamiliar login window. If you encounter such a window you may click either “Login as Other User” or click the “Cancel” button. Users may not encounter any of these windows and, if encountered, users should only see it once.
Users may also be prompted to restart their machine during this process. Once prompted users will have 90 minutes to save and/or complete any work before the machine begins the restart cycle.
