RESOLVED: IT Technology Issue ~ Campus Wide Event Scheduling Tool ( CWEST) is unavailable. (11/05/2014 11:35 AM)

Technology Issue Resolved:
CWEST is back up and running. The issue was related to maintenance conducted by our hosting vendor which affected our environment but hadn’t been communicated clearly to us. The maintenance failed and had to be undone.

However, the maintenance will still need to be completed and is now scheduled for tonight, November 5th, at 11:00 P.M. The hosting vendor has assured us that they will conduct a full test to ensure we don’t experience similar issues tomorrow.

Please make sure you are out of R25/CWEST this evening before 11:00 P.M.

We apologize for the interruption in service; please let us know of any concerns with respect to tonight’s upcoming maintenance.
