IT Technology Notification- Inventory Count

Technology Notification –

Over the next several months, the IT Department will be conducting a room-by-room manual inventory of all campus computers and hardware. Below is the tentative schedule for each area of campus. Please note that the scheduled date is likely to change as the inventory process progresses, however, we will clearly communicate with your area before we arrive.

The purpose and goal of this project is to get an accurate count of all GRCC owned computers on campus. This includes MACs and PCs, desktops, laptops, and tablets. Having this information will aid us in re-evaluating the hardware replacement life-cycle and will ensure that all systems are properly connected to the network and have the correct software installed.
