Resolved: IT Technology Issue- Update on Database Unavailability (06/30/2014 11:35 AM)
Access to the GRCC password reset page at www.grcc.edu/password and My Degree Path has been restored. Additionally access to grade papers, submit files, and access My Content has been restored.
Thank you for your patience while the services were being restored.
The GRCC password reset page at www.grcc.edu/password and the My Degree Path pages are unavailable, in addition accessing or modifying content within Blackboard is not working at this time. Please note that Blackboard itself is still available, only the content is unavailable at this time.
Engineers are working to restore the pages and content as soon as possible.
