Resolved – IT Technology Issue ~Delay of incoming email to / Scheduled GroupWise restart at noon

Technology Issue Resolved: All 11,000+ messages are being delivered to recipients mailboxes.

Disturbance Resolution Details: Java process hung causing problem with email. Required a restart of Apache, Tomcat5 and GW Gateway


Technology Issue Notice: Mail sent to GRCC email addresses from outside is delayed. This includes messages from any email address that is not from as well as documents scanned from Canon MFP’s on campus. The exact length of delay varies.

We have scheduled the entire GroupWise email system for a complete reboot at Noon. Mail service will be unavailable for approximately 15 minutes.
