IT Technology Issue~ Unable to transfer/connect calls between Cisco/Avaya (01/07/13)


Calls being made from Cisco to Avaya systems and Avaya to Cisco systems are unable to connect at this time. Additionally, transferring calls between systems is unavailable. Calls are sporadically not connecting between systems.
