Technology Issue Notice: The password change tool: grcc.edu/password (lookup), is occasionally appearing to fail.
What customers are experiencing: Customers enter their ID number and then are presented with a blank screen.

Disturbance Resolution Details: Listener on BbDB can not handle the connections. Blackboard server #11 has been taken offline in order to isolate the issue.
