IT Technology Notification: Call Transferring Issue (08/28/2012 12:45 PM)

Technology Issue Notice:

The call routing system that handles all incoming calls to the IT Customer Support Desk is back up and functioning as expected. However, calls that are transferred between Cisco phones or that are transferred within a call routing system may not be coming through as expected. Engineers are still working towards a resolution.
