IT Technology Notification: Call Routing Unavailable (08/14/2012 12:30 PM)

Technology Issue Notice:

The call routing system that handles all incoming calls to the IT Customer Support Desk, Financial Aid, and Workforce Training is currently down again. Incoming calls to those departments are not being directed properly. Engineers are working towards a resolution.
