Resolved: IT Notification- New Student RaiderCards Unable to Print (05/22/12 10:00 AM)

Technology Issues Notice:

All students who received a new RaiderCard after Thursday, May 17th were unable to swipe to print anywhere on campus.

Resolution Details:

Scripts that are responsible for syncing new RaiderCard data with BBTS were not running properly. All scripts have since then been restored and have completely updated all cards created since 5/17. Any new cards created after this time should not experience any issues.
