Disturbance Resolution Details: Equipment replaced. Affected systems restarted.

Technology Issue Notice: A switch has failed causing an outage in various campus technology services.
Departments on campus that rely on Call Manager software: Financial Aid, and IT Customer Support are unavailable by phone.
The Help Desk, and Financial Aid will not be able to receive phone calls or check voice mail until hardware repairs have been completed.
