Printing has been restored to campus locations.

Staff members in multiple building across campus are unable to print at this time. When printing, they receive this error:

“Failed to connect to host PHAROS on port 28203″
Affected buildings include ATC, Main, Cook, Data Center, Cook Administration, etc…

Resolved: Access to deposit funds while logged into Blackboard have been restored.

When logged into Blackboard, and attempting to make a deposit, the error “No Authentication Token posted.” appears.

IT- Technology Issue ~ Printer issues across campus (2/14/11)

Students and Staff are unable to manually log into the Canon printers to obtain print jobs. Prints are accessible by swiping your RaiderCard only.

When manually entering the login information students and staff are getting “Invalid login ID or password.”
