RESOLVED IT – Technology Issue ~Raidercard tab temporarily disabled. (10/5/2010 4:35 PM)

Technology Issue Notice: The RaiderCard tab is temporarily disabled.
Issue Summary: We are currently experiencing problems with deposits through the RaiderCard tab in Blackboard. Deposits are being queued.

[X] This issue has been resolved
The hosting vendor Sequoia has applied the fix to our online deposit issue. All new deposits will be credited to RaiderCards without issues. Deposits which have been attempted while the system was not working well will be applied by Sequoia. They will take the transactions with captured status and apply them to the local accounts. Students do not have to perform any further action. The deposits will be taken from credit card and applied to the RaiderCard account.
