IT – Technology Issue ~”Bad Gateway” errors in outgoing email. (8:30 am)

Technology Issue Notice: Staff are unable to send email to anyone that is not within the @grcc.edu domain, or anything that passes through the outgoing server. Issue Summary:
Off campus email is being cued, but not sent.
Sending PDF’s from MFP’s are failing.
Instructors cannot email students

Disturbance Resolution Details: The GroupWise server that handled outgoing email failed and needed to be restarted.
