Issue Summary: The engineers were performing an office validation check on the GroupWise server, this caused a mass e-mail to be sent to any document owners.

Issue Summary: Error received is, “bea.jolt.ServiceException: TPENOENT – no entry found”

Disturbance Resolution Details:
The database controlling access to this system was refreshed Tuesday evening, during the refresh the password was entered incorrectly requiring that it be reset.
